Every person that likes cooking has a period in life where everything is all about cheesecakes. So du I and I have over the years created many many different cheesecakes, different if the sense of taste and looks, but always keeping to the simple rules of original cheesecakes.   

This one was a bit different, but a great success, “tasters” loved it, but personally I think that the lower fart, the bottom, was a bit over baked, so I will try it again with less baking time one the first part.

The picture is showing a 2 layer cheesecake, layer one is traditional brownie part, and the top is a traditional cheesecake part.
